APDIM, in collaboration with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Municipality of Tehran, a megacity with 13 million people - organized a seminar on “Addressing the Challenges of Sand and Dust Storms (SDS) in Cities: Strategies for Resilience and Sustainability”. The Mayor of Tehran, Mr. Alireza Zakani, alongside mayors from Iranian cities affected by sand and dust storms, including Isfahan, Khorramabad, Hamedan, Saveh, Zahedan, Arak, and Natanz participated in the event.
